No. Package receiving is a standalone service. You don't need to rent a mailbox — we receive and hold packages only, on their own plan.
We accept packages from all major carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and others. If a carrier can deliver to a commercial address in Jersey City, we can receive it.
Once you sign up, you'll use our address: 217 Summit Ave, Jersey City, NJ 07304. Include your name so we can identify your packages when they arrive.
We notify you as soon as your package is received. Contact us when you sign up to set your preferred notification method.
We hold packages for a reasonable period so you have time to pick up at your convenience. If you need extended storage, just let us know and we'll work something out.
Generally, small packages are standard shipping boxes and envelopes. Large packages are oversized boxes, bulky items, or anything requiring special handling. We'll let you know if a package falls into the large category.
No problem — overage packages are simply billed at $2.00 per small package and $3.00 per large package. There's no penalty or interruption to your service.
