We're not a franchise or a chain. We're a local business started by a neighbor who saw a real problem in his community — and decided to do something about it.

It started with package theft. Growing up in Jersey City — living here since I was 10 years old — I watched it happen constantly. Packages left on stoops, in hallways, in front of doors. Gone before you got home. It's a problem every neighbor knew about but nobody was solving locally.

I kept thinking: there has to be a better way. A real place in the neighborhood where people could have their mail and packages held securely, picked up on their own schedule, without worrying about whether it would still be there when they got home.

That idea became Summit Pack & Ship — a private mailbox and shipping center built specifically for this community. A real street address. A real person. A real solution.

From there, the services grew naturally. As a professional accountant with over 12 years of experience, I knew firsthand how much small business owners and freelancers struggle to keep their finances in order. So we added bookkeeping. We added notary services. We added expert packing and shipping across all major carriers.

Everything under one roof. Everything handled by someone who lives here, knows this community, and genuinely cares about getting it right.

I've spent my entire adult life in this city. I know what it's like to deal with package theft, to struggle with business finances, to need a notary and not know where to go. I built Summit Pack & Ship because I wanted a business that genuinely solved those problems for my neighbors — not just one that turned a profit.

My background in accounting means that when you bring your bookkeeping to us, you're not handing it off to software or an apprentice. You're working directly with someone who has spent over a decade managing business finances at a professional level. That experience shapes everything about how we operate — from how we handle your mail to how we manage your books.
